Hi friends! how are you doing? Welcome to my blog, it's super good to have you back here. I trust you got value from my last post. I bring to you another interesting content, one that I believe you would find interesting as usual. In my previous post, we explored the concept "Move-to-Earn", you can check out my blog to read through if you haven't.
Today, we would be looking at **SleepFI** in the crypto world... it's actually another topic of interest I feel y'all should be enlightened on.I hold the belief that many of us ain't familiar with it. Anyway we are going to delve deeper into itnin today post.

In my last post we discussed the possiblity of earning by moving your body around, I know many of us are still finding it pretty difficult to digest it but am sure the diligent and curious folks amongst us would have gone to make more finding to check the authenticity and of course they must have been swept off their feet from their interesting findings.
Today I have also decided to blow your mind with another mind blowing topic, a niche in the Defi world called SleepFi. It becoming very difficult to see something impossible in this crypto/Blockchain space, people are really delving into it, exploring diverse possibilities that are just so amazing.
Come to think of it, how does it sound knowing one can earn by having a good night sleep, a quality one at that? Lols...yeah friends, you can actually earn by having quality sleep for health improvement. Anyways we would discuss this better in the next section.
|**What is Sleep-to-Earn**|

Sleep-to-Earn is the common term used to describe an earning model for those who get rewarded for have a quality good night sleep. The reward is usually in cryptocurrency just like the way it is in other reward models like P2E, M2E and the likes. This sounds too good to be true right? Well you have it for real.

The ideology behind the Sleep-to-Earn thing is that they are trying to improve the overalls health of individuals. We live in a world today where everyone is almost getting busy all round the clock pursuing money at the expense of their overall health, I mean they hardly find time to catch some rest, let alone quality sleep.
With this model, people can now get the money they are in pursuit of, although not in the very amount or size they desire but at least something to compensate for the time they are off the things that occupy them...to get a very good sleep so their whole body can rest and in turn be healthy.
The most fascinating aspect of S2E is that it's easy to earn here, all you need do is to download the S2E apps online. These apps includes, **SleeFi, Sleep Future and MetaGym**, you remember it? Yeah! The one we mentioned in M2E, it has an aspect where you equally earn by sleeping well. So the better you sleep, the more you earn

The first benefit of this is that the aim of creating this awesome reward model is accomplished because people would develop a healthy lifestyle by having a quality night sleep which helps revitalize the body and helps it operate to the fullest.
Another benefit is that people can now earn while sleeping....funny really but I think it's the most coolest way of earning. When you have to be paid for taking care of your body. I'm in love with this already.

It's also a form of exposure for those who aren't familiar with the Defi and crypto world prior to this time. Once they join in, they gradually begin to understand this space and then before you know it they become lovers of the blockchain and crypto space thereby increase the rate of it adoption and acceptance globally.

I believe by now we understand what S2E is and how it operates. What a good way of earning by having a quality sleep. You might also want to explore this niche and also profit from it.
