Historically, we can consider the big development in the country where tourists do not need to worry about whether they are holding crypto, and with the conversion, they can easily pay for the services they are using with the local currency post conversion.
Thailand will launch an 18-month pilot programme to allow foreign visitors to convert cryptocurrencies into baht to make payments locally, officials said on Monday, part of efforts to rejuvenate the country's critical tourist sector.
This pilot experiment will be great, I believe, because this will encourage a lot of people to travel to Thailand and the country entirely through crypto, which I think is a big achievement and a great development for the crypto community worldwide, and this will also encourage more demand for crypto in the country.
