How are you all? I hope you are well by the grace of God. As I do in my daily busyness, I was taking some time today to read some news. Suddenly, financial news came to my attention. Although it was written in a very heavy language, I read it again and again, and I thought about it in my own way—in fact, the content inside is quite realistic and future-oriented. So I am writing the words in simple language from my own understanding and analysis.

There is a lot of discussion about digital dollars or stablecoins now. In the meantime, there is talk about a stablecoin called USD1, which is going to be added to the canton network. From what I understand, usd1 is basically a digital dollar that has real assets behind it. That means it works 1:1 like the dollar. The risk of its value suddenly decreasing is low because it is backed by US Treasury, dollar deposits, and cash equivalent assets.
From the market perspective, one thing is clear—institutional players no longer want to rely only on public blockchains. They need privacy, compliance, and self-control. That’s exactly what Canton Network is focusing on. This is where USD1 will allow large institutions to easily transact on-chain, while keeping their sensitive information safe.
The way I see it, this initiative is not just for payments. It can be used in a wider range of areas—such as collateral in the derivatives market, in large loan settlements, or in international transactions. International transfers still take a long time, and there are banking cut-off times. But using such stablecoins can make transactions possible 24 hours a day, at any time.

Looking at the market trend, it can be understood that stablecoins are gradually moving beyond the boundaries of just “digital payments” and entering mainstream finance. If USD1 is truly successfully launched on the Canton Network, it could become a reliable medium for large funds, banks, and financial institutions in the future.
Overall friends, my personal analysis is that such initiatives show us that digital finance is no longer in the experimental stage. It is slowly becoming part of the real system. We may not fully understand its impact now, but looking back in a few years, these decisions will seem like the beginning of a big change.
