I wakened this morning and noticed that Bitcoin had fallen once more. Actually, I didn't pay a great deal interest to it at the start, due to the fact these fluctuations are a day by day incidence. But then I examine some information and a slightly distinct concept came to my mind.

Nobel laureate Paul Krugman is said to be saying that Donald Trump's declining popularity is a big reason behind Bitcoin's decline. I laughed when I heard it, but after thinking about it a little, I realized that it's not entirely unreasonable.
Because to be honest, Trump used to say positive things about crypto in quite a few places. Many people assumed that if Trump was there, the crypto sector would be safe. And when people invest with such confidence, even small changes in popularity affect the market. We see this often.
What's happening now is that Trump's position is a little weak, which means that many people are again in a state of confusion. As a result, the market is also shaking a little. Bitcoin has also suffered that shock.
But I personally think that it is not just because of Trump or any politician alone. There has already been a major liquidation in the market, many have sold out of panic. All of this has brought down the price. Politics is a part, but that is not the whole story.

And Krugman said something—people have not fully understood where Bitcoin is actually useful for so long. I had never thought about this before, but now I think about it—that is not so wrong. The technology is good, but the practical side is still not clear to everyone.
What I understand is that the price of Bitcoin is now not only affected by market rules, but also by people's minds and political events. So it is not surprising if the price falls.
All in all, I think that investing in Bitcoin means not only watching the chart, but also keeping an eye on the news and world politics from time to time. No matter how digital it is, people's hopes and disappointments are its biggest driving force.
