Sure they approved Bitcoin ETFs, but they are doing everything they can to discourage interest in them.
First, they revoked margin abilities, and now they are dragging their feet on approving options on the ETFs.
Options are a big deal because it would allow investors to hedge their positions as well as create some income off of the investment.
It's a big deal to most institutions… They love to hedge and generate cash flow.
Congress has sent letters to the SEC telling them to approve options already.
