When we commenced the refund program in January 2023, we never anticipated that the program would be open for this long but we have come to the conclusion that good things take time and there are just those who has not been following up on the activities of the platform and has simply not been aware of the refund program despite the program being open for over a year now, at this point in the refund program, we noticed that we have been almost exclusively providing the refund service for these kinds of members and it wouldn’t be prudent to deny a substantial number of members access to the program by ending it prematurely.
While we have kept the program open, a lot of changes were made with a vision for long term sustainability, one of the major changes has been a cut in our workforce and this has translated to lesser communications via our official channels and longer support response time, it has been a hard transition managing the platform with a smaller workforce and we have had to cut out some unnecessary workload like managing the main platform, which would also have the added benefit of hastening the completion of the refund program, we are sorry for every inconvenience this may have caused, it was a hard decision but it had to be done for the sustainability of the program, it wouldn’t be fair to our members to spend the bulk of the remaining funds on operational expenses while we have members who has not been refunded.
Recent UpdatesSYSTEM OPTIMIZATION: We recently optimized the system and the system is now running in top condition and we want to also assure you that the system is STILL fully automated so there would be no disruption in the refund process, KYC requests would still be reviewed within 24-48 hours, activation would still happen under 24 hours and most importantly, withdrawals would automatically be processed within 45 mins of submitting a withdrawal request.
