X was the original name of the payment provider of Paypal which Elon launched. Now years later with the domain name X we have heard that Elon was talking about making it a hub for social, truth and also payments.
However with a payment provider there's a whole slew of regulations that you need to go through. Not only do you need to register and be approved on the government level but you also need to be approved across each state and their laws. This is why some times with newer platforms you might see a few state restrictions.
Those who ofte look at codes are starting to see a trend happening over on X. That's new development happening on the back end which is starting to fuel rumors that a payment provider will soon be added to the X platform.
It's also speculated that X payment platform will at least have some amount of crypto integrated into it. I don't suspect to see the release of this until Trump is in office however and some new laws get passed first that are supportive of crypto and payment platforms.
