Assange will plead guilty to U.S. charges on one count of conspiracy to obtain and disclose national defence information, Sky News U.K. reported on June 24.
In return, he will be sentenced to 62 months time served, the amount of time he’s spent imprisoned in London’s Belmarsh Prison.
An Australian national, Assange will be free to return to the country when he’s freed.
